“At the Outsight performance we had the opportunity to share a work, on the one hand with NYC artistic peers, but also with the community surrounding the garden. It’s great to have people walking by and joining a performance experience, it’s what the experience of performing at the Dorothy Strelsin Memorial Garden can provide.
We were able to use some materials that we found on the site, like stone bricks, or the sound created by feet on the stone soil. Designing the path on the already set pathways of the garden was a superposition of two tracks, a performative one and an everyday one.”
