My experience here was fantastic. I love the intimacy of this space. Halfway through the performance, it started raining on these gorgeous wooden roofs, and having watched a lot of experimental performances and also know opera. I felt really present. It was great to hear the stories afterwards from each of the musicians about what had been created literally in the space of a week. I am a composer and musician, so I loved the way of working. Seemed both familiar to me, but also got great ends with some great musicians. The performance was enormously uplifting by the end. I thought the music was fantastic.
