Session II: Tanden "body center" Exploration

(fri 6:00pm – 10:00pm / sat-sun 11:00am – 3:00pm)
During Minako Seki’s introductory training, the participant will become acquainted with “hanging,” her term for the “universal position.” Utilizing the principles of Noguchi, along with Seki’s own unique methods, the participant will learn to work with the basic energy of the body, the ‘tanden.’
