It was really incredible. I was really grateful that it wasn’t so hot and humid, that I could really be immersed in the performance without having to worry about sweating through it, and I could really be present. As I watched the performances, the third performance who was talking about falling out of love, and the second performance who was, like dancing around the garden in a very controlled fall way, like being close to the ground, being very aware of their limbs and not bumping into other people, but still being very close and intimate, I couldn’t help but think of like the elegance and grace of an airplane in both of these things. I am really grateful that LEIMAY exists. I’m not the type of person to go to these things ’cause I don’t have Instagram, so I didn’t know about this until my friend told me. And the fact that it was free was really helpful because I am currently looking for work and I don’t really have a lot of money to go to things like this. So, I hope there’s more in the future. I look forward to coming back.
