The borders book accompanying the premiere of the stage production traces the steps leading up to borders through words, images, and the histories surrounding LEIMAY’s research, ideas, and actions. Acting as both a recollection of past events and a complementary component of borders, this book walks through the process-based work of LEIMAY while triggering visions toward the future of the company. The borders book was produced by Lucy Kerr and Hiram Pines in collaboration Ximena Garnica and Shige Moriya. As a document and an object, it seeks to ask the questions and reflect the research at the heart of borders itself.
