LUDUS Technique tm is a thorough yet not codified, training technique for dance and theater performers.

LUDUS strengthens the body while generating fluidity and relaxation. It cultivates presence and prepares an alert and neutral body that is ready to be moved or to perform. Exercises create the opportunity to explore internal openness an energy flow, distinguish different approaches to originating energy, facilitate and awareness and investigate possible relationships between body and voice. Manipulation of space, time and body through the transformation of embodied images are the key.

LUDUS has distilled exercises from multiple butoh masters, theater directors and performance artists. The technique trains performers whose work is rooted in the body and furthers an understanding of the aesthetic distinctive to the work of ximena Garnica and LEIMAY.
